How we work
A structured process for sensitive family-property matters.
Our process is designed to reduce confusion, organise information and create a clear path forward.
- Step 01
Understand the Case
We first understand the property, recorded owner, family structure, will status, documents available, current stage and family objective.
- Step 02
Identify the Type of Matter
Inheritance mutation, multiple legal heirs, deceased-heir branches, NRI / outstation heirs, leasehold or freehold property, society flat transfer, stuck mutation, missing documents or sale-readiness — this helps define the right scope.
- Step 03
Map the Family and Heirs
We prepare a working family tree and legal-heir map clarifying the original owner, surviving heirs, deceased and next-generation heirs, NRI / outstation heirs, and documents needed from each person.
- Step 04
Prepare Document Checklist
Person-wise and property-wise checklists — death certificates, ID and address proofs, PAN, property papers, affidavits, NOCs, indemnity bonds, authority and society records, tax / dues records.
- Step 05
Coordinate Professionals
Depending on the matter we coordinate with lawyers, liaison officers, document writers, notaries, CAs / tax advisors, valuers, field coordinators, society / RWA contacts and revenue specialists where required.
- Step 06
Track Progress
We maintain progress status and share milestone-based updates — family tree prepared, documents received / pending, lawyer review, drafts, signatures, submission, objection, compliance and final record.
- Step 07
Organise the Case File
At the end of the assignment or phase, the family receives an organised case file / status summary with pending items and next steps where applicable.
Start with a structured case assessment.
Every family-property matter is different. A short assessment helps identify what kind of matter this is, what documents are available and the right next step.
